What are your views on verdict on Sec 377?

Tanushree Tyagi: Well! As far as my perception and understanding about the whole thing goes, it’s all about human rights, personal choice and over & above respect of one’s decision and acceptance of who we are!

What are the most important issues that your genertion is facing?

Tanushree Tyagi: So much to know, so much to gather, so much to experience but the time is too less. Alas! Only one life to accomplish everything that the heart desires and body permits. Ye Zindagi na milegi dobara!

Do you think peagentries objectifies women?

Tanushree Tyagi: I strongly and very firmly object! Since the time she is born, a girl, a woman, at every stage of her life plays different role in the form of very delicate but important relationships, a daughter, a sister, that emotional and sensitive friend, a mother, which are all woven with the unmatchable essence of womanhood. It’s actually impossible to objectify womanhood lest be woman by any sort of description least of all be the peagentries. Rather, I would say that the events like these provide them with an opportunity to present themselves and showcase in many ways to the whole world, who they really are, what they are capable of, the many dimensions they have to offer to the humankind for making this world a better place. And that’s what is happening, i believe. Today, we all, like minded people are here at this event supporting the very causes related to women of all sects, society, culture, place, regions.

Do you think that technology is hurting personal relationships?

Tanushree Tyagi: Well, we can keep blaming many things for the ruining of relationships between people. But it’s people themselves in the relationship who are responsible for this deterioration. It’s up to us to use the knife of technology to our advantage. Whether it being making a delicious fruit salad or committing a henious crime.

If you have any superhuman power what would it be?

Tanushree Tyagi: To win this peagent for sure! Well… with that being said on the lighter side……..

What is your biggest fear?

Tanushree Tyagi: To leave the projects or dreams of my bucket list, which keep growing from time to time, unfinished before i leave for the heavenly abode.

How will you handle the responsibilities of the crown on top of your job, family and marriage?

Tanushree Tyagi: Since the time she is born, a girl, a woman, at every stage of her life plays different roles in the form of very delicate but important relationships; a daughter, a sister, that emotional and sensitive friend, a mother, which are all woven with the unmatchable essence of womanhood. Responsibility is something which itself gets matured when it falls in to the alredy filled sack of a woman. As far as i am concerned, with me its “ More the responsibility, better the performance”. I take it this way… I could use my more mature experience, whatever more or less i have, to the benefit of the cause.

Where do you see yourself in next ten years?

Tanushree Tyagi: An accomplished woman seeking for more, doing more, aiming higher, and in way return to he society, humankind, for everything i have got, in whatever way possible.
