With over 10 years of experience Claire Rae is one of finest fitness model. She is sponsored athlete with International magazine Fitness Gurls Magazine. She is lead coach for The Bikini Model Challenge and a growing entrepreneur. She holds 2 different Pro Cards in Fitness and Bodybuilding. Currently she is busy spending time for coaching others and working on several other ventures outside fitness industry.

How did you get started in fitness?
Claire: I first got started in fitness when I was in high school. I always enjoyed sports and being active.
How do you stay motivated?
Claire: Helping others has always helped me stay motivated.
What is your greatest achievement so far?
Claire: Starting the Body Makeover Movement is my greatest accomplishment. It allows me to share my knowledge and give back.
What’s your favorite music to workout to?
Claire: I am a sucker for EDM dance beats.
What are your 3 favorite exercises?
Claire: This can vary but lately I’ve really been focusing on my glutes, so hip thrusts are on the top of my list.
What is the number one philosophy you live by?
Claire: The number one thing I live by is giving is the best way of receiving. I feel that we all have gifts and talents that people should live by.
Would you like to share any funny moment during training?
Claire: I have most certainly fallen off the treadmill. I feel like you aren’t a real gym junkie if this hasn’t happened to you.
Any advice for beginners getting into fitness?
Claire: Be brave and do something. Honestly, you just have to get started, after you do you will wonder how you never did this all your life. It makes you feel so good.
