Three years ago, Pallabi Guha who was always vocal about her thoughts on any or everything chose to transform that into something productive. That was when she came up with the idea of blogging.
In an interview with QNA, she speaks about the journey, collaborations, how to make money from blogging, etc.
Describe how did you first get into blogging and vlogging?
Pallabi: Well, I was always interested in styling & talking about the things that I love. I simply turned it into something productive which is blogging, 3 years back.
What is USP of your Instagram /Vlogs?
Pallabi: Keeping it real! Creating relatable content.
Do you collaboration with brands/products for promotional activities?
Pallabi: Absolutely! I love creating content for brands.
Now you have been 3 years old in blogging, what do you know now that you wish you knew when you first started influencer blogging?
Pallabi: Brands do pay you if you sell your brand properly. The way you pitch a brand is what matters.
Is blogging your profession or just a hobby?
Pallabi: It’s my passion. Probably that’s why even after having a 9-5 job, I am still managing time for blogging.
A lot of people think that influencer blogging is an easy way to make money online. Do you have some tips for those people who are interested in making money from the blog?
Pallabi: Absolutely you can make money online. But it’s not an easy job. You’ve to be relevant. Your content should be relatable. My tip will be: Don’t run after followers, engage with your followers even if it’s just 2000.
